What a brand ambassador program actually is, why one real woman outbooks an ad in a small town, what a year of it costs you in sessions and images, and which of your past clients to build it around.
This is not a course and there is nothing to watch. It is ten pages of the honest version from a studio that has run this for seven years, and it ends with a worksheet that takes ten minutes and hands you the name of the woman you ask first.
It does not contain my templates, and I would rather tell you that up here than let you find out on page nine.
Normally $47. One payment, instant access.
The Story
Most photographers do not skip the ambassador program because they do not believe in it. They skip it because nobody has ever explained what one actually is, so it sits in the same mental folder as "post more reels".
That was me seven years ago. I run a boudoir studio in Kingman, Arizona, a town of about thirty thousand people that most people drive straight through on the way to Vegas, and I was the only voice in my own Facebook group, posting into silence and paying Meta every month to find women who already knew who I was.
So I picked six women who had already shot with me and loved it, and I gave them mini sessions across the year in exchange for showing up and talking. Here is the part nobody tells you, those minis are shot in the theme of the model call I am about to launch, so the perk and the marketing are the same shoot, and the images I hand them become the promo for the thing I am selling next month.
Seven years later that program is the engine behind a VIP group of over 6,000 women, my bookings are up 20% and the group is up 45%, and I almost never post in there myself anymore.
I also got the first round wrong, because I picked too many women and promised each one too much, and I felt guilty about it all year. That is the part this kit exists to save you from.
The Receipts
Seven years running, over 6,000 women in the free VIP group, bookings up 20% and group growth up 45%, and 40 photographers have bought the full Blueprint and taken the program into their own studios.
I have been in the boudoir industry for over 13 years, and the Boudie Queens Blueprint was such a great resource to be able to pull fresh ideas and inspiration from. I especially loved having everything laid out in a way that was easy to implement and adapt to my own business.

The Boudie Queens program has been such a great investment for my business. It gave me the structure, ideas, and direction I needed to create an ambassador program that actually feels like a community, not just another marketing tool.

How It Works
By the end you either know exactly who your first ambassador is, or you know you are not ready yet, and both of those are worth more than another year of meaning to.

The Honest Part
There is no refund on this one and I would rather say it here than hide it in the fine print at the bottom. The whole thing lands in your hands the second you pay, so there is nothing for me to take back.
What I will do is answer you. Email me with Starter Kit in the subject line and the name of the woman you scored highest, and I will tell you what I would do.
I own Ivory & Lace Studios, a boudoir studio in downtown Kingman, Arizona, and I have been photographing women for almost fifteen years. I am not a marketer who has never held a camera, I am a photographer who got tired of shouting into her own Facebook group and built the fix, and I have been running this exact ambassador program for over seven years.
Everything in here is what I actually do, including the parts that cost me money before I worked them out.
From The Other Side Of It
The journey of being a Boudie Queen is one of positivity, support, bonding with empowered women, transformation and self-evolving. While the role and duties of a Boudie Queen are meant to maintain a positive environment for the women's page and promote the studio, it also transforms you to a more positive and confident woman.

When I first applied to be a Boudie Queen, I had only completed one full session with Alisha. To my surprise, I was chosen to model and represent her company! Beyond the cherished friendships I've formed, I discovered a newfound confidence and, most importantly, learned to truly love myself.

Getting to know the ladies and have a solid group behind me that I didn't even know I needed was uplifting! But what I loved the most was being able to help show the ladies, it doesn't matter what you look like, Boudoir is for everybody.
